Wendy's poor customer service and accuracy - Salads and drinks

I came to Wendy's a couple days ago and the people there were just rude people, and all I ordered was a BBQ ranch chicken salad and they didn't give me dressing or anything. I was being all jolly and happy and they just looked at me like I wasn't welcome there. Even at that time the manager was yelling at someone for something. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I will not go there anymore.
