Wendy's Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger to dry and hard to eat! - Pretzel Bacon Cheese Burger

I have been wanting to try the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger since the commercials make them look so good! Well I finally ordered one at the drive-thru on North Shore Blvd. Slidell,LA 70460. When I got home and opened the box i came in it just looked dry. I touched it and the outside of the bread was far from "pretzel like" it was rock hard and the bottom of my bun was black. The meat was all dry and even the cheese was dry! I broke it in half to rip off the hard part of the bread so maybe I could eat it , I didn't want to waste it , only to find the middle of my burger was so pink it was almost red! That is scary! I expect cooked meat! I also expect bread that I can actually chew through!
