Slow Service/Food was old - Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

I usually highly promote wendys because of their great 4 for 4 deal. On this particular Thursday, I had only one person in line in front of me and it took them a full 10 minutes until they even took my order. They then made multiple mistakes on the order in front of mine. My fries were cold, and obviously old. I was very disappointed.
