Your Chili - Wendy's chili

Just got 2 chili's from your store in Galax,Va. It was awful - so hot with spicies (tasted like a lot of hot chilies) my husband and I couldn't stand it. Been eating your chili for over 20 years - will not eat it any more nor will I even go there again. Called up the store and they said you had changed your receipe - well - your ruined it and you will see a lot of customers not coming back.
